This little boy has been the light of my life since day one. He is for sure a little mommy's boy and I LOVE it! He was so cute! Anytime during the day I asked him what he wanted to eat or to what he wanted to do he replied "I don't know you decide your the birthday girl.". He was so excited for his bounce house birthday party!

The kids can come to school early and run around the field. Six laps is one mile. Regan ran eight laps yesterday and has a goal to run 10 laps on the final day tomorrow. Regan seems to always attract the more mischievous kids! We camped up Red Cone Pass. Clint and I had never been there, but it is beautiful! The kids all got along fabulously well! At one po...

Waldron's Writ: Christmas 2013
http://waldronswrit.blogspot.com/2014/03/christmas-2013.html
Clint • Rachael • Regan • Haden • Lila • Tyler. Sunday, March 2, 2014. Despite the best of intentions, Christmas cards did not go out. Neither did Valentine's day cards. There's always next year! The kids were so excited for all their presents! Only for Regan to wake up feeling miserable. We've really had rotten luck being sick on so many typically very fun days! She retreated to the couch and her siblings wreaked havoc on everything else. They were very sweet and brought presents for Regan to open.

http://spencerandnancy.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 12, 2012. While in the city of Hämeenlinna,. We went to the birth house of Jean Sibelius. It really is a simple museum- he was not born into wealth. His father was a doctor, but died when Jean was very young. The family was then forced to leave that home and move in with his maternal grandmother. Jean was originally discouraged by his family to pursue a musical career (i.e. find a career that pays! Door to King's room as seen from inside the courtyard. Two cute page boys. Gavin Hears a Who.

Monday, November 14, 2011. I have been teaching preschool for Alex's friends this year. It has been SUPER fun for all of us. We have the best kids in the group- and just the right number of them. Today, we had a bit of a crazy day, but at the end we had adorable hats and shirts to show off! Last year we happened to stop by Kmart right after Halloween. It was a brilliant move. The kids got to pick out some fun costumes at a super discount price. I wish I had remembered to go again this year!

Family Adventures: A real moat!!!!
http://spencerandnancy.blogspot.com/2012/08/a-real-moat.html
Sunday, August 12, 2012. I don't know why, but I have always been fascinated with moats. When I found out that Finland had several castles I was determined that we visit one. I was ecstatic to see the moat- though it didn't seem all that forbidding with the seemingly shallow water and ducks floating by. The Häme. Door to King's room as seen from inside the courtyard. Two cute page boys. Super steep stairs- can you imagine running up and down these without a light helping you to see? Gavin Hears a Who.

http://spencerandnancy.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 22, 2012. Boats, Trains, and More. Our modes of transportation in Finland were widely different from our SUV at home. It was boy heaven- we rode trains, ferry boats, sailboats, buses, and planes. It was all fun for us- but I did have a big smile on my face when I hopped in my own car the first day back to go to Wal-Mart. Traffic Park in Finland- - super duper fun- and one of the only free activities we found. We went back several times! Sailing with Spencer's colleague Hekke. In Tampere, we ...

Clint • Rachael • Regan • Haden • Lila • Tyler. Monday, July 29, 2013. We spent last week in Idaho. We had originally planned to leave Saturday morning, but due to circumstance beyond our control, we had to wait until after church on Sunday. We got to Malad shortly after midnight. The kids are pretty fabulous travelers! Lila likes to shove things in between her little body and the straps of her car seat. Sometimes it is her blanket, a doll, a water bottle, a book, whatever she has. There were lots of fen...
