Sew Artfully Minded Blog. Monday, April 11, 2011. Proofing the Cupcake Stamp. I took a few minutes to pull a proof of the cupcake stamp. It looks pretty good for a first view. I see lots of little bits of the block that still need to be cleaned up. And I am correct in assuming my letters look like Flintstones lettering. Too funny! Yep, lots of little places that need tweaking! Links to this post. Saturday, April 9, 2011. You will be amazed to see her work at her blog site called 'Girls Are Crying'. The q...

Sew Artfully Minded Blog. Tuesday, August 26, 2014. New to the Studio. My new dress form added to the Studio. I have a new visitor in the Studio. She's with me all the time, but remains quite to herself . . . quiet and reserved! I'll admit I like the freedom to "do it my way! Yes, certainly. I have abilities that would enable me to create better quality, more inventive designs. Should I actively pursue this notion? Check back for progress on this project . . . Links to this post. Sew Artfully Minded: August 2011
http://sewartfullyminded.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Sew Artfully Minded Blog. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. A Girl Can Dream. I enjoyed my day off from work today. It seems as if it went by too quickly. I accomplished some things I wanted to get done, but there are still others. I can see I will need to get more proficient in listing my goals for my days off and working more to fulfill them. I will have to get back to using lists to work on that. Do you think the same way? Do you have a hope to look forward to, or a dream to work for? Links to this post.

http://sewartfullyminded.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Sew Artfully Minded Blog. Thursday, February 16, 2012. Time to Come Back to Blogging. I want to get back into my previous habit of blogging regularly. I have actually been thinking about starting up with logging again for a while now. It's time. Both by Jenny Haskins. This means I am pretty involved with making up samples to use in class as I teach Jenny's techniques. Today was spent getting some prep work done on the base blocks for each quilt. These blocks will hold the embroidery designs that each...

Sew Artfully Minded: 3D Hot Texture Serger Pillow
http://sewartfullyminded.blogspot.com/2013/04/3d-hot-texture-serger-pillow.html
Sew Artfully Minded Blog. Sunday, April 28, 2013. 3D Hot Texture Serger Pillow. Pillow and Quilt designed and created by Doreen Baros. I made up a pattern to use for a class I taught at the shop where I work. The title I came up with, 3D Hot Texture Serger Pillow, seems a little long to me. I am trying to come up with another one that fits better. I want to get a bit of feedback and make a few minor changes in the pattern before I have it printed up and make it available for sale on my DoreenBaros.com.
