Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Brady and I are currently training for our second go around of the half marathon Robie Creek! It is 9 miles up hill and the other 4 straight down! Its the hardest half in the northwest! We are excited to beat our times from last year! We have been training for about 2 months now! Only about 2 to go! The race is on April 16th! Thursday, February 17, 2011. Work Out of the Week-Core Strength. Plank for 30 sec. Plank for 40 sec. Plank for 50 sec. Plank for 1 min. Rest go to 2.

Thursday, February 17, 2011. Work Out of the Week-Core Strength. Try this killer ab workout, works lower, up and obliques, you'll definitely be sore the next day! Get on elbows and feet, legs straight out and hold, make sure you back is straight not rounded, and butt down, suck your belly button into your spine. Plank for 30 sec. Plank for 40 sec. Plank for 50 sec. Plank for 1 min. Rest 1 min, then do all again but backwards (start with 1 min, and go down). If it gets to hard during plank go down to knees.

Thursday, February 17, 2011. Valentines day was so much fun at mine and Bradster's place this year! Brady knows me so well and got me a HUGE heart balloon, a dozen red roses, and the best ever.New running/workout shoes! He got me the new Nike Free with the chip that links to my ipod so it logs my workouts and runs! Used it today and it was amazing! I got Brady a new North Face Jacket, and some new headphones, oh and of course some yummy candy! February 18, 2011 at 3:05 PM. Faith and Trust and Pixie Dust.

February 22, 2011 at 4:20 PM. I cant believe you are doing Robie. Youd have to hold a gun to my head to run that race. Good luck guys!
