You would get this bastardized version of what I am calling Pica - timbocca. I even went so far as to include the bastard child of the citrus world - The Meyer Lemon ( a cross breed of a lemon and an orange). Which actually lends it flavor very well to this dish as we ended up eating rind and all. This dish serves 4 and is moderately easy. 4 slices of prosciutto. 1 slice of lemon.
