365 Days of Rachelle's Life. View my complete profile. Sunday, August 9, 2009. I had the pleasure of spraining my ankle this past week. It is a grade 2 sprain with a 3 being the worst. This pic does not do it justice. It's pretty swollen and bruising more each day. I am actually feeling a lot better and hope I can get back to walking like a real person pretty soon.
