Sunday, February 14, 2010. A few weeks ago we got this pizza stone kit at Costco and I had been wanting to make homemade pizzas. Our neighbor J makes great pizzas (and always invites us over) so I asked him for his recipe.and his mixer! This morning at 10 am I made the dough for the pizza crust.it has to rise for about 5-6 hours. At 5pm we started making pizza. The first pizza going in the oven. This one is BBQ Chicken.YUMMY! Sunday, February 27, 2011. The weather channel had been forecasting snow in Tucson overnight Saturday and early Sunday morning. We were excited to see snow but everytime they predict snow.it never snows! So I wasn't getting my hopes up this time! But sure enough.we woke up at 6 am and our backyard was white! Sunday, August 15, 2010. I have been reading online about what desert tortoise like to eat. We have tried a few things but so far.prickly pear fruit is by far her favorite! We picked a few from the desert.and I got tons of little fine hair like thorns in my fingers. I was wondering if it was ok for Flash to eat the thorns.I asked Javi if he thought I should cut them open for her.his response was "are you serious? There's not a chef in the desert! Monday, July 19, 2010. First day of school. My baby boy started school today. Sniff, sniff, sniff.he was really excited this morning. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. For Trey's 5th birthday he wanted to go visit his friend "John Paul" in Phoenix. John Paul used to live down the street from us here in Corona but he and his family moved back to Phoenix a few months ago. Even though John Paul is a few years older than Trey, the two of them have the cutest bond you have ever seen! They are like brothers.really! Talan also had fun in the bounce house. When the sun finally went down, I found the boys outside playing their DSi's in the bounce house.

Monday, August 30, 2010. Look what I can do! Trey finally got the hang of swinging by himself this past weekend.now we can't keep him out of the backyard. Swinging is all that he wants to do. He even made me take my computer outside so Nana (my mom) could watch him on Skype. Tonight he came running inside to tell us that he could do the monkey bars now also. He was so proud of himself! By the way, Talan just got punished this weekend for throwing rocks (at the windows) by his Daddy! Look what I can do!

Saturday, October 30, 2010. We carved our 3 pumpkins today. We started with Trey's pumpkin (which was the biggest of the 3). He wanted to do a bat on his. This was actually the last and smallest of our 3 pumpkins and since Talan was asleep when we carved the first 2, I wanted him to see what pumpkin carving was all about.
