For those of you who don't know - Pinterest is a site where you can browse, create and follow virtual pin boards. I cannot stop looking at pictures of things that total strangers find funny, fun, interesting, inspirational and beautiful. I have spent hours glued to my computer screen looking at everything from hairstyle tutorials and book recommendations to recipes and memes.

This is about the stuff (and things) that I love. Wednesday, 30 October 2013. Day 29: the bionic woman. I had a great sleep which made it easier to get up early as I had a chiro appointment in the afternoon that I needed to leave work early for. I had my tonic and shake and headed off to work at 7:30am. Once home, I decided to drink as much water as possible before turning in for an early night ahead of my final day on the challenge and my last cleanse day! Mental state - tired. Physical state - strong!

This is about the stuff (and things) that I love. Monday, 28 October 2013. Day 28: just another manic Monday. So maybe being smug about having a migraine then drinking for 10 hours was a little premature. I was excited to start a full week at my lovely new job but had to drrrraaaaaagggggggg my sorry ass out of bed. And then I felt like I was playing catch up for the rest of the day. Only two more days left in this little big challenge, and I think it's fair to say I'm going to miss it when it's over.

This is about the stuff (and things) that I love. Wednesday, 6 July 2011. I can has cheezburger? So training is still going well. I have lost 7kgs and am getting faster all the time. My first race was in May and I completed the 8km course in 52 mins. I have always loved fast food, but now that I know how much exercise is required to burn off one, or sometimes two, cheeseburgers - it's possible that I love it even more :).
