Saying adios to february! March 8, 2010 at 12:59 pm Posted in Uncategorized. February was a hard month. No. February was an impossible month. Between the blizzard in the DC Metro area, work trips, illness, dental work, and on and on and on. February was rough for me. But you know what? I lost 3.6lbs! I am 28 years old. I am almost 275lb. I am going to change that. Saturday, November 21, 2009. I finally went back to the gym today! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical glider, on Random setting, Level 3. According to the machine I did 3 miles and burned 500 calories (not so sure I believe this one). I am ok with that. I am 28 years old. I am almost 275lb. I am going to change that. Sunday, April 17, 2011. Week 1: -8.6. This is how to do it. This is how to stick with it! It doesn't matter though, because I did it. I got through one week, and I am now -10lbs since I came back to Weight Watchers. This means just 12 more rounds of -10 and I'll be done. 12 little 10lb steps to walk down. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Now, what I did this weekend-. Friday night we had a huge wind storm. 70-90 mph winds. It was crazy. We ended up losing power until Saturday morning. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Recap of the last few weeks. Days go by far too quickly. I haven't fell off the bandwagon completely. still plugging along. I weighed in this morning at 210. The last few weeks I have ranged anywhere from 214 to 209. So glad to see the number I saw this morning. Four pounds from my first mini goal.
