A good reminder:. Lap swimming is my meditation. Today was essentially a recovery swim after a big weekend of training, but I surprised myself in the pool this morning! WU: 500m flip ( 10:00). 250m buoy- focus on catch and pull. 5x50m (hard- current fastest 1:08). 5x50m (easy- average 1:14). Headwind of the year!
