Then rinse in a plastic strainer really well, let it drain and put into a storage container with the lid partially on for the next 12-16 hours to allow the sprout to appear. Basically you can really run with different ideas on how this could go but here is an idea of how to structure the ingredients you use. 300g macadamias (not soaked). 14 pitted dates (soaked for 10 minutes). 500g Cashews (soak for at least 1 hour). 2/3 c Coconut oil (melted). 1 young coconut (soft meat and water as you need).
