Want to see my dream house? I love yellow houses. Love the big wrap-around porch. Love the gazebo in the yard. Cherry cabinets, granite countertops, brazilian cherry floors, stereo system wired throughout the house and a 1,000 bottle wine cellar in the basement? The Oberheus: Our Girls. Saturday, October 2, 2010. We went to the doctor for Kara's 6 month check up 2 Mondays ago. Everything was great! She weighed exactly 16 pounds and was 27 1/2 inches long. She is scared to death of Dr. Musgrave and screamed during he entire check up! Having a six month old who wiggles all over while you hold her and weighs twice as much as a new born is quite different from the newborn she first was that I held 6 months ago.
