Måndag 20 januari 2014. Supreme Roastworks, Oslo. What was meant to be a quick stop to Supreme Roastworks. Ended up being a leisurely two-hour stay. The owners were so welcoming, enthusiastic and obviously quite passionate about their work. The filter coffee here was quite delicate—pretty under-extracted compared to what I'm used to. I must've had my weight in coffee that morning—between my boyfriend and I, three V60s, six espresso shots and several cinnamon buns were consumed. Here's an Instagram picture.

Måndag 20 januari 2014. Thomas and I spent just a day and night in Bergen last summer before we departed to take the ferry then train through the fjords to Oslo. We did absolutely no research on coffee shops prior to arriving, but our friends Johanne and Øde took us to BLOM. Where we were pleased to find a nice selection of coffees from all the best Norwegian roasters. I don't remember what we drank, but it was delicious, and the food was expensive, and the barista was nice. Upplagd av Joanna Han.
