On hot evenings, I have been making peanut noodles with whatever fresh veggies we have in the walk-in fridge. It is easy after a long day, but it also really works well with most of the veggies we have on hand right now. Peanut Noodles with Fresh Vegetables. 1/4 c peanut butter. Several glugs of soy sauce. Rooster sauce (spicy hot sauce) to taste.
