A Day in the Bates Home. Saturday, October 2, 2010. Last week Sarah got to go Apple Picking for the first time! And she took off running ready to find the perfect apple! She picked one up right off the ground and took a huge bite out of it! I had to laugh. I didn't even know she could eat a whole apple - skin and all! Little Brother getting in the act. Running after her brother to get her sign back. Owen giving her kisses before school! In the parking lot ready to go she hates the flash! NO more pictures mom! Thursday, August 22, 2013. Seriously where has the time gone. This girl is 7 1/2 and in 2nd grade. SO sweet and loving and FULL of sass, but I wouldn't change a hair on her head or make her any different. She is perfectly her. This little "big" dude is starting his last year of pre-k.
