The unspoken words of a MIDDLE sister. Sunday, November 28, 2010. I love this holiday! Mom said it's not really anything to celebrate, but it sure is fun. This year, we invited a few friends over for chili and trick or treating. It was a great time! All of us kids, ready to get some treats. Samantha can't eat candy, but we dressed her up as a kitty cat anyway. Mommy forgot to buy us trick or treat buckets, so we got to choose a purse from our playroom. Sunday, November 21, 2010. January 31, 2013. Crockpot Pork Chops with mashed potatoes. Aren't you proud of me for posting so much this week? I feel productive. :). This recipe has been in my monthly meal rotation for almost a year now. It's delish and incredibly easy. The gravy created in the crockpot is heavenly, too! I love the way my house smells when I cook these chops. I threw my *frozen* pork chops in the crockpot about noon and they were ready by 5. Awesome, right? But I only changed the mashed potatoes. Does that count?
