This recipe is an attempt to get more fish in our diet and maintain good health and not wreck havoc on our rushed schedule. 1 teaspoon olive oil. 1 sole fillet, about 4 to 6 ounces. I'm definitely going to try this soon! Peeled and cubed (2 pounds). Onion , chopped (1/2 cup). 3 cloves of garlic. Sour cream (use light if you're on a calorie-reduced diet). 1 Mix all ingredients except the sour cream in a 31/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. 6 For crunch and colour, sprinkle with poppy seeds or chopped pecans.
