Expressions: Mega-Church Meet & Greets
http://aprilwrites.blogspot.com/2006/12/mega-church-meet-greets.html

Expressions: Love
http://aprilwrites.blogspot.com/2007/01/love.html
Sunday, January 7, 2007. Yesterday I attended a beautiful wedding. Two of my friends from seminary united their lives forever, and their wedding testified not only of their deep love for each other, but their deep love for God. This afternoon I watched A Walk to Remember. On TV and again witnessed a story of deep, powerful love. These two examples of love prompted me to write and reflect in my journal. Here is a portion of what I wrote:. Even if I never meet "the love of my life," it's okay . . &...

Growing by Degrees: Praying for our Bonsai Bush

God is growing our family, our hearts, and our understanding of Him, and He didn't even wait for us to finish school first. That's a good thing.we're going to be here a while. Monday, January 31, 2011. Praying for our Bonsai Bush. We pray every day that God would mold and shape Judah's personality to be usable for His kingdom and His glory. We see so much in our son that we know the Lord can use, but we also know the world will try to abuse these same traits given the chance. We have now added a new aspe...

They Hang Like Paper Lanterns: February 2006
http://likepaperlanterns.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
They Hang Like Paper Lanterns. My creative dreams tease and dance above my head in the breeze of daily life.
