Class Details, Dates & Booking. For the full day 9.30am – 3pm. With lunch at around 1.30pm in the sunroom. Coffee in the kitchen and a prompt start. You will mix three batches of dough and cover the science and skills you’ll need to bake fantastic bread in your own kitchen. A maximum of 5 bakers allowing plenty of opportunity for discussion, hands on experience and questions. What you will take home. One Aga and two conventional ovens. Please arrive promptly. There’s lots to get through!

Class Details, Dates & Booking. Truly gluten free breads. March 1, 2016. So here we have it : five truly gluten free breads. Rosemary and tomato focaccia drizzled with olive oil, buckwheat blinis for smoked salmon and crème cheese, walnut and cranberry soda bread sliced and smothered with butter (great toasted the following day), delightfully soft white rolls that stayed fresh for a couple of days (and were excellent even after freezing)… and masala dosa. Sun, sea, sand and parents who were enthusiastic members of the local wine circle (it was the 70s) and found any excuse for a party. Her older sister trained as a chef, her brother as an artist. Joel Edwards with some superb controlled riding was the top expert. His loss of a solitary dab put him clear of runner up Jason Galvin on 21 and the rest of the Repsol mob. James Lamin on another Honda dropped 5 on the clubman masters route to top the class from Ashley Reed and Bretton King.
