Join Us As A Member. Anyone is welcome to join the Abertillery and District Museum Society providing that they agree to abide by its rules and its constitution. Annual Subscription for members is £5.00. For a Membership form. Benefits of Membership include invites to field trips and historical visits arranged by the society. Members are also invited to the Annual Dinner. Members are welcome to work in the Museum on a voluntary basis. Training can be arranged for interested members. Mr Arthur Lewis OBE.

The Abertillery and District Museum is run by the volunteers of Abertillery and District Museum Society, which was founded at an inaugural meeting, held in Carmel Chapel Schoolroom on 30th September 1964. Its membership is open to anyone who accepts the rules of the Society, and on payment of an annual subscription fee.
