The Helmer Family: June 2011
http://blog.helmerfamily.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Our Adventures Down Under. Thursday, June 16, 2011. I love riding the ferry from Manly to Circular Quay.it never gets old. There is just something about the Opera House that is amazing. It is iconic and majestic. I never get tired of seeing it. Lucy, Curly, and Mo. Puppy-sitting, again. We fell in love with these Spoodles over the 3-day weekend. And what trip to the city wouldn't be complete without a tantrum on the ferry from Carson! We usually go through this. And sometimes get a few of these. After I ...

The Helmer Family: February 2011
http://blog.helmerfamily.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Our Adventures Down Under. Sunday, February 13, 2011. Braden has loved snorkeling around the beaches, which has peaked his interest in scuba diving. However, he is not quite old enough to get certified, something he reminds of his irritation often! I did some researching and found out that at the Sydney Olympic Aquatic Center they offer a try-a-dive for kids ages 8-12. So we decided to give it a try! This post has a ton of pictures! They are begging for surfboards! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 1st dance c...

The Helmer Family: Cemetery
http://blog.helmerfamily.com/2011/11/cemetery.html
Our Adventures Down Under. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Did you know we live across the street from a city cemetery? It is a very old cemetery, with dates back to the 1800's. My kids love to play in the cemetery. They look for lizards and bugs, they play Hide-n-Seek, and Tip (how the Aussie's say Tag). It's a bit creepy to me, but they sure have fun! The Morris Family: :Late Night with Roy!
http://uncfamily.blogspot.com/2013/01/late-night-with-roy.html
Andy, Suzanne, Emily, Sarah and Abby. Friday, October 12, 2012. Late Night with Roy! Per our annual tradition, we went to Late Night with Roy again this year. However this year was the best yet! We got there before the doors opened and Andy walked around trying to find the door with the shortest line. He soon called me to say he snuck inside an open side door and for me to come in that door too. Say what? However I convinced Andy to just take the second row and not the first row. The Morris Family: January 2012
http://uncfamily.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Andy, Suzanne, Emily, Sarah and Abby. Saturday, January 28, 2012. One Saturday, we headed out to get our Christmas tree. We make it an annual tradition to compare the trees at Lowes Hardware and Home Depot. And then buy it with a coupon. That just screams Christmas Spirit, doesn't it? Emily enjoyed prancing around in the tree skirt while we were decorating the tree. Typical Emily! Sarah loved hanging on the ornaments. in the exact same spot! I also put a artificial tree upstairs tree too. We had dinner w...

Sunday, May 10, 2009. DAY WITH THE MAYOR. I was so touched by the fact that here this sweet young man that I know is wonderful, is being recognized by a staff that has only known him for a little over a year! Matthew and Mayer Maso. Mrs Rowan hyping up this award. She told all of the students about the festivities of the day with the Mayor. The biggest excitement came when she told them about the Limo ride! Matthew and his dad.
