Wednesday, November 19, 2008. I really have tried to update this in the last month, but every time I sit down to update, there just isn't that much to write about.But I figured Westminster being 6-0. Monday, August 11, 2008. A Very Traumatic Weekend. Saturday was shot day - for the dogs. I took Lynn for her yearly vaccination. She is a very very clingy dog who doesn't like to leave my side - even for a minute - which doesn't make for a very easy. We got there early and there were about 10 dogs in line before us. Thursday, March 26, 2009. A Tough Way to End a Career. Geoff's college basketball career ended this past week with a loss in the Elite 8 of the National Tournament. It was a a hard way to end such an awesome season. This year was more then we could have asked for. We came back to Salt Lake so Geoff could play at Westminster, and the first few months both of us just kept asking ourselves, "What did we do? Will you guys be playing in Europe or anything? Tuesday, February 17, 2009. I really should be doing homework, but i just looked and saw really how long it has been.and it doesn't help that I try to find things to do instead of homework. Basketball is good. The team is 23-3. It's crazy to think that this really is Geoff's last year of basketball - unless someone can find a way to get him another Senior year! Friday, December 26, 2008. I can't believe how long its been since I updated this! I'll start with Thanksgiving. We ended up spending most of the day at home by ourselves and having a quick dinner with my family. I made sugar cookies and garlic mashed potatoes. I have to say, it is one of my favorite recipes. I of course, went to dinner saying I wasn't going to eat too much - and I, of course, left stuffed. It's so hard when there is so much good food. December 13th was Geoff's birthday.
