Fell in love with a boy.then a girl! Friday, May 1, 2009. This time last year. I was actually ready to walk away from my dream to adopt! My adoption process with another agency had fallen apart and I was without hope (literally).and money! I don't think then that I could have truly believed that I would ever be where I am today. Last year I would never have imagined having a son and a daughter on the way! Now, I can hardly believe that there are only 17 days between me and my son becoming "official"!

I am feeling so excited about it, however it is tinged with a little bit of worry. There have been so many court cases that have ended up in limbo that it just makes me so worried. It has taken some time and I still have more things to purchase, but so far I like what is happening in there. I had a lot of fun making the huge palm trees(got a little carried away)! I could have really done some damage if my mom was not there to put a stop to it! I still have a few more things that I want to get but so far I am pleased with all of the finds. I am having a really hard time trying to figure out is her size. Actually, I am pretty horrible at the size thing. When I sent my son his care package I was off and his shirt was huge! Cheetah under a palm.
