The Snackeroonie People: December 2007
http://snackerooonies.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 27, 2007. The post that never ends. This post is going to be long, so sit down, grab a coffee or tea (or whatever floats your boat) and get comfortable. Yes, it's been a while. A very long while. For that I am sorry. But to be honest, I haven't really felt like writing any posts. The last few months have been really hard, and I haven't been inspired to write anything more then "This SUCKS! Tom and Doreen, fifty years and still smiling! The girls in their finery. Tim and his dad, Tom.

So, I figured, if I write they will come. (hopefully). This blog will focus on my family, especially my kids. I'm a stay at home mom, with two spirited beautiful girls, Claire (6) and Rebekah (3), a great hubby, Tim, and a whole wack of pets. Life is always busy, interesting (at least to me) and ususally quite funny.

The Snackeroonie People: I got you Babe
http://snackerooonies.blogspot.com/2007/05/i-got-you-babe.html
Monday, May 21, 2007. I got you Babe. Tim and I celebrated our 12th Anniversary yesterday. He surpised me with dinner reservations to 529 Wellington. This beautiful restaurant was actually a private home at one time. And though it has been turned into a restaurant, most of its charm and beauty have been preserved. If only I had a spare mil or two, I'd be able to call it home. Here we after an amazing meal, completely stuffed and happy. Thank you so much for a wonderful night Tim, love you. I got you Babe.

The Snackeroonie People: Faith and Begora!
http://snackerooonies.blogspot.com/2007/05/faith-and-begora.html
Friday, May 25, 2007. Yes, another post in the wrong month. This is how my mind works, when it's working that is. ;P. I had ment to post these pictures back in March, but then well, I forgot. Claire is truely one of the most creative and imagninative kids I know. She has a sense of wonder of the world, that is just amazing to be around. She still is very innocent, and believes in all those wonderful childhood stories. Well, never fear for Claire is here:. Of course after all that hard work, he would be h...

Thursday, September 13, 2007. Too Cute For School. Here is Rebekah. I took at least 10 pictures of her, and this is the best of the bunch. Blurry hands and all. Let me just say that this girl is a fashionista. Seriously Posh has NOTHING on her. She goes through at least five outfits a day, and she's not even at fashion week! Here is Miss Claire looking like she's goes to a uber. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Full Rico Experince. Too Cute For School.

The Snackeroonie People: Not so *$#@!ing innocent
http://snackerooonies.blogspot.com/2007/08/not-so-ing-innocent.html
Monday, August 13, 2007. Well, it happened. And when it happend I was so unprepared. I thought I would be, thought I would see it coming. But boy was I wrong. "It" happened back in June, on a fine sunny day, in the afternoon. I had recieved a call from Claire's school asking me to come pick her up b/c she was in the office, not feeling well. She asked if she could say them, I said yes thinking all I was going to hear was shut-up or stupid. And then "IT" happened:. August 13, 2007 at 6:29 PM.

Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Banana?: February 2010
http://prairie-dreamer.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 28, 2010. Wait a minute. How did this happen? It seems impossible that the little bundle we brought home from the hospital is now 3 years old! This past year has been an exciting one and full of laughter. Hannah is an amazing kid. She loves babies and will do anything to get near one. For the most part Hannah plays with her dolls and her play kitchen though she loves to run and jump and tumble too. Playdough and art are also faves. We have wonderful friends who are patient listeners abou...

Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Banana?: January 2010
http://prairie-dreamer.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 23, 2010. A Really Good Shew. Parenting. Nobody tells you that you will run around getting a 2-year-old ready for a dance recital like a madwoman. Because it will be this day out of the whole year that she decides to nap. And nap late. So there I am brushing hair, getting on the tutu, the special coat and hat and we are out the door. I am fuming. Why are we ALWAYS late? I go back up to the lobby and into the theatre to grab some seats. Derek is parking the van "somewhere". I wai...Inser...

Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Banana?: November 2009
http://prairie-dreamer.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 15, 2009. She asked dad to yell trick or treat with her the first time and then she did it on her own from then on. She teaches me so much, this little 2 -year-old, about being afraid and working through it. I'm so proud of her I could burst! And she's pretty cute too if I do say so myself.
