あと、前回ノルマの話をしましたが、実際には ノルマ というものはないようで、署員達がそれぞれどのような気持ちで一生懸命になって不正発覚を暴いていっているのかはわかりませんが、そこには 数字 があるから一生懸命になれるのだと思います。 事実として売り上げを気にするサービス業などとは違い、 ノルマ なんてものはないそうですが、具体的な 目標 として昨年度よりも数字を超えることができればいいというあいまいなものなようです。 一応税務職員には 質問検査権 というものがあり、認められてはいるのですが 必要があると認められる場合にのみ認められる ということになっているのです。 具体的に 経費の点について疑問がありましたので とか、 正確な売り上げについて確認させていただきたくて などというような理由は、例えその通りであっても、その通りには言わないかと思いますが。 もちろん税務署の調査には任意だけじゃなく、 強制的な調査 マルサ というのもあるのですが、過去のことなどでよっぽどの問題がない限り、この強制捜査というものは一般的には行われません。 そして 私、何かしたっけ と思うでしょう 笑.
