Its heading for christmas and the parties have started. Party season is well and truly here with the LIA dinner last week and Friends First night out last night. Just to clear up some misconceptions about my secret altitude training in Mexico and some inaccuracies in De Coach's account of events during the race . Firstly, there was no secret training and no visit to Central America.My moderate performance was down to one thing and one thing only".rest.". The Eagle has landed.
