http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, 31 December 2009. UCG letter, harbinger of a difficult year ahead. The following letter has been sent to elders in the United Church of God. While it's very long, it is reproduced here in its entirety. Dec 28, 2009. Dear Fellow Elders,. We would ask that you take this letter as a personal message of deepest spiritual concern. It is vital that each of you take time to read the entirety of its contents. Can we learn to work together without vilifying one another? This is an ageless proposition th...

Otagosh: February 2015
http://otagosh.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, 22 February 2015. Modigliani, Meeham and Mouskouri. I'm an obsessive collector of classical music, but I'm also into sixties folk. Others may groan at the thought of Peter, Paul and Mary. Pete Seeger or The Seekers. But I'm in my element. Ja, I know it dates me but I'll happily extend to Nana Mouskouri, The Kingston Trio. And Joan Baez. My folk CD collection is extremely modest, but hey, this is the age of Pandora. So that's no issue - and no expenses incurred. This month it's Norman Meeham.

Ambassador Watch: Bulldozing date for campus buildings
http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2010/01/bulldozing-date-for-campus-buildings.html
Saturday, 9 January 2010. Bulldozing date for campus buildings. Townhouses will replace Ambassador College offices and classrooms: LA Times story. It strange: a part of me says good riddance, and another part of me feels forlorn and nostalgic for the old college and the old days. I suppose that is the price for finding out most of your whole life was based on a fraud. 10 January 2010 at 07:15. Absolute power corrupts absolutely I dont know who said that famous quote, but history has shown it to be true.

Ambassador Watch: From the original AW: Beware the Anti-Christs!
http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2010/01/from-original-aw-beware-anti-christs.html
Tuesday, 5 January 2010. From the original AW: Beware the Anti-Christs! This piece originally appeared five years ago - part of the editorial series "Southern Exposure." Karen Ray still has a website up. But the article refered to has since been pulled. Did you know that Herman Hoeh was an atheist and an anti-Christ? It came as a surprise to me too. A bigger surprise, though, was to discover that I am as well. And the objectionable books? Rescuing the Bible from Fundamentalism. And Living in Sin. Laughli...

Ambassador Watch: AW comes to an end
http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2010/01/aw-comes-to-end.html
Wednesday, 20 January 2010. AW comes to an end. This is the last posting to appear on AW. After more than eleven years - beginning with a very small website on Geocities, then moving into a fairly massive site under its own domain before finally being downsized into this blog - AW is bowing out. . But, don't worry, some relevant content will. Still appear over at Otagosh. Dedicated to news of GCI and its splinters - unless of course someone else cares to take up that task. Destination Truth: The Road Go...

Ambassador Watch: From the original AW: "Difficult Scriptures" reviewed
http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2010/01/from-original-aw-difficult-scriptures.html
Sunday, 3 January 2010. From the original AW: "Difficult Scriptures" reviewed. It isn't quite on the same scale as recovering the Great Library of Alexandria, but just before Christmas I stumbled on the long lost flash drive that held the original AW (oAW) archives. Now they're backed up on the desk-top computer, it may be timely to reinject a few bits and pieces back into cyberspace. A belated review of Difficult Scriptures: Coming to Grips with the Law of Moses in the Worldwide. And yet, Albert's book ...

Ambassador Watch: From the original AW: Tkach's death grip on the church
http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2010/01/from-original-aw-tkachs-death-grip-on.html
Thursday, 7 January 2010. From the original AW: Tkach's death grip on the church. Almost all churches, including related movements like the Church of God (Seventh Day) and the United Church of God, have systems in place that hold their leaders accountable to the membership. Church presidents serve a limited term. Not so the WCG. Joe Jr. (he prefers to be addressed as. His friends in the wider evangelical community certainly have. In practice, "accountable to Christ" means not accountable at all. While Tk...

Ambassador Watch: Accountability check
http://ambassadorwatch.blogspot.com/2010/01/accountability-check.html
Sunday, 3 January 2010. Now, lets guess the occupation of the person in the picture:. 4 January 2010 at 04:01. Lake of Fire Church of God said. I apologize to you for going off topic in my comments regarding Tkach in the last post. When I read your excellent year end blog post summarizing the lunacy in COG land in 2009, everything fit the normal three ring circus that we’ve come to expect from Herbert Armstrong’s legacy - except Tkach’s statement. PS – I hope you understand that your work here on A...
