A Child Of Promise. A Child of Promise was founded to support and encourage families who are continuing their pregnancies to term following a poor or fatal prognosis for their unborn child. These diagnoses might range from such conditions as a limb abnormality or cleft palate, to Down syndrome or spina bifada, to anencephaly or Trisomy 13 or 18. Everyone's story is as beautifully unique as each child is a unique creation, but all are welcome here. We are here to help. We would love to hear from you, too.
