Our teams promote self confidence through proper skill progression in a safe and fun environment. We have teams and classes for a variety of levels. No experience is needed. Every year we host a Medal Meet and a Trophy Meet which are mock competitions specifically for our recreational and pre-team students. These meets are designed to give our students an opportunity to display the skills that they have been working on in class to an audience and prepare themselves for the real competitions that they may attend later on. Friday Night Open Gym Sign-In Policy. For the safety of all our participants, open gym waivers must be signed by the parent or legal guardian to participate. Therefore, any student attending open gym must have a waiver signed on or before open gym begins. Steps to ensure your child is eligible to participate in Friday.
