July 20, 2016. A message from one of our members:. I am an MSc student at the University of Portsmouth. I would be grateful if you could take the time to complete this survey which is part of my dissertation. The aim is to find out how effective the seafront cycleway east of South Parade Pier is in encouraging cycling, and how it would affect users if it was not there. The survey should not take more than 10 minutes. I would be grateful if you could pass it on to anyone else who might be interested.
