本室目前正以活体为对象，发展在线、原位或在体的分析方法，以其最终能直接探讨生命活体中，各种生物分子是如何利用化 学原理，进行复杂的时空运动，来实现生命功能的。研究分四个相互关联层面，首先是发展针对活体动物的微扰、微损乃至无损的取样方法，包括构建适合于分析方法研究的动物模型；其次是发展针对复杂生物样品的高选择性分析方法，目前研究包括研究和开发各种化学与生物识别技术，构建光、电、生物传感与探测新方法等；第三是发展多组分、多参数、高通量的分析与鉴定方法，目前研究包括毛细管电泳、微流控技术、生物色谱、生物质谱、表面等离子体共振成像（SPRi）、联用技术等；最后是将所发展的方法用于活体生物中的一些基础化学问题研究，包括活性分子的时－空关系及其对应生物功能探讨，活性生物大分子局域结构探测等。

中国科学院活体分析化学重点实验室 CAS Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Living Biosytems, ACL 于2009年12月29日获科学院正式批准成立。 以往的 散打 作风由此汇聚，形成了以活体研究为导向、目标明确的群体科研创新活动新气象，并藉此制定了有步骤地推进创新方法学及其应用研究的中短期和长期规划 不仅要把 活体分析化学 这一概念落实成实际的科研活动，还要将其拓展成一个新分析化学研究领域，为分析化学的未来发展探索新的出路。 为此，实验室组建了以3名国家 杰青 、1名国家 青千 、3名科学院 百人 及 杰出技术人才 、2名基金委 优青 和3名化学所 杰出青年人才 为核心的，由10名研究员带领的，团结了14名副研共计36名职工的基础研究队伍。 近5年来已申请到包括科技部的 973 、 863 、科技支撑计划和国家基金委的创新研究群体、重大研究计划、重点基金、重大国际合作、仪器研制等项目在内的研究资助，已经到账经费约6千万。 版权所有 中国科学院活体分析化学重点实验室 地址 北京海淀区中关村北一街2号，5号楼6、7层 邮编 100190.
