Across Canada For Your Heart. 124; Comments RSS. Truro today, Halifax tomorrow…. Posted on July 9, 2010. So far we have cycled 4500km. From Kelowna BC to Quebec City. Lisa has literally cycled home from British Columbia. We have 1000km left which equals roughly about 10 biking days depending on this heat…Crazy!
