For this workout, you need an interval timer. And (optional) a set of dumbbells. Get a GYMBOSS. Set your timer to 20s/10s, 8 rounds. During the 20 seconds interval, you'll be doing:. 2 Push-up jacks. (use straight hands if elbow is too difficult). Without dumbbells do push-ups. You must go for max rep and effort!

PUSH Fitness with Jna. Saturday, May 5, 2012. Before and After: May 2012 Progression. Around 2-3kg from October til today. Added once a week heavy lifting, proven on breaking plateau to get visible abs. Trust your scale or mirror/clothes/measurement tape/your camera phone? Alright, gotta take-off early for tomorrow's run. It's going to be my first 10km, whether I can make it under 1 hour or not, most important to me is that I'm able to finish it. However will keep the page and blog posted to get it going.
