Books I have read. Friday, February 24, 2006. A colleague and I were talking about Jodi Picoult. The other day and both admitted that we had not read her books because we are book snobs. I ended up reading 'My sisters keeper' because it was in my book group and everyone was raving so I secumbed and I loved it. I read it in no time flat and cried alot. Books I have read. Thursday, July 23, 2009. Up in the clouds. Google Docs, Zoho, Calendar - pretty basic but with some cool applications and uses. Poor jeremy was doing free interent testing in the room with me so now has to be a collaborator on one of my documents. I used my weekend to do list from Google Docs and dropped it in to my Google Calendar. This post was written and saved in Google Docs and cut and paste into by blog. Sunday, July 19, 2009. Making Connections – tools. I like using Netvibes as a tool to keep all of my connections together. I think this is where Netvibes really excels. If you have a certain number of computers that you use regularly – like one at home and one and work I find xmarks (was foxmarks) an add on to Firefox that lets you sync bookmarks using a centrally located account, really useful.
