Monday, January 31, 2011. Stevens point bridal fair, Stevens Point wedding photographer. It was such a pleasure meeting all of you yesterday at the Stevens Point Bridal Fair at the Ramada. Thanks for stopping at the booth to check out my work. I love getting to know each couple and to hear about their special plans for their event. Each couple has a different story to tell! Here are a few of my favorite vendors that were also at the show. All the best to you and cheers to a great 2011! A Dash of Delicious.

A D-A-S-H of Delish
Monday, January 17, 2011. I know this recipe sounds kind of crazy but it's so good. My brothers friend went to Mexico on his mission and he taught me know to make this the other day. If you like the ingredients you will love this recipe. It's just like pico de gallo but add some shrimp. This recipe isn't exact you can add more or less of anything. 1 pound peeled, cooked and deveined medium shrimp. Juice from 6-8 limes. 3-5 tomatoes, diced. 1 large yellow onion, diced. 2 avocados, diced. 2 cups brown sugar.

A Dash of Design
Is dedicated to finding fantastic design buys on the web. I am an architect and I love design in any form - furniture, textiles, stationery, buildings, jewellery. I spend far too much time hunting the internet for unusual design buys so I thought I'd put my surfing addiction to good use by sharing the great things I find. I hope you see something you like - I'd love to hear what you think. It's been a while since I posted last and in that time I've become a whole year older! It has been far too long sinc...
