A Day in the Life of Jessica. Wednesday, March 21, 2012. This is a little late, but the pics are too fun not to share! On Saturday, St. Patrick's day, we had all our huge mess o' kiddos at home which necessitates serious entertainment. I suggested we make rainbow cupcakes with green frosting like I've seen floating around the Internet. The kids said no, let's make it a cake! The "rainbow" pattern doesn't work so well in cake, so we just got creative. I think we'll call it Leprechaun Cake! Mmm, they likey!
