My charging structure is simple. I charge by the hour at 40 for consultancy and repairs, and 25 for tuition (new users only). There is no extra charge for coming out to see you. Addingham IT is run by me, Colin. I have over 23 years computer service and IT experience including working for Philips, Digital, Compaq and Hewlett Packard in a variety of technical and management roles. I hold a current Comptia A certification, have completed many formal hardware and software training courses including specific training in analytical troubleshooting. I keep up to date by doing the latest training courses from IT. Microsoft IT Academy, for which I also work as a technical consultant.
