Village Devoted: or does it?
http://villagedevoted.blogspot.com/2011/01/or-does-it.html
It took (and is still taking) a village to build the family we have always wanted. Two moms, one nearly 3 year old and a baby on the way. We are so fortunate. Monday, January 17, 2011. Does the ring test use circles for girls or boys? Perhaps this is why it always works: no one knows if circles are girl or boy! Our two friends are both having boys and both got circles. We got lines. Maybe it's a girl afterall! E from Pot o' Gold. January 20, 2011 at 9:41 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). May 2005: ...

http://villagedevoted.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
It took (and is still taking) a village to build the family we have always wanted. Two moms, one nearly 3 year old and a baby on the way. We are so fortunate. Tuesday, October 19, 2010. 128 beats per minute! Monday, October 18, 2010. Can I Hear You? We are off today for an ultrasound with the RE with the hopes of a continuing to grow fetus and to potentially hear a heartbeat. Some anxiety around hearing the heartbeat but I think that is to be expected! Sunday, October 10, 2010. I followed about 25 minute...

babycakes: Don't Go There
http://babycakesblogin.blogspot.com/2009/12/dont-go-there.html
A queer parenting blog. Friday, December 04, 2009. The egg is out the gate. M. won't let me give it a name, but if I were to name it, I would call it Slick. Why? Because it's the phoenix, rising from the ashes of our previous TTC. It's a rebirth. It's the Rebirth of Slick, which is an awesome song from one of my favorite albums ever. I'm very busy Not Going There. It's been pretty funny. M: I've been burping a lot. Me: Don't go there. M: I have really bad heart burn. Me: Don't go there. Me: Don't go there.

http://babycakesblogin.blogspot.com/2009/11/potty-pause-and-peer-pressure.html
A queer parenting blog. Monday, November 09, 2009. Potty Pause and Peer Pressure. Potty learning was going well. Then it wasn't. That was this summer. We were going diaper-free every day and Finn was using the potty and it looked like big boy underwear would soon be the default. Greta: "What is that? Me: "It's a diaper.". Greta: "Why does he wear that? Why doesn't he go to the potty? Me: "You'd have to ask Finn.". Posted by Sacha @ 10:18 AM. At 11/10/2009 11:51 AM. Makenna did the same thing! Omg i hate ...

babycakes: I want a FUN kid
http://babycakesblogin.blogspot.com/2009/11/i-want-fun-kid.html
A queer parenting blog. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. I want a FUN kid. I JUST WANT A FUN KID! I wanted that kid who runs around and has a million friends and plays and can go anywhere and just have fun. I didn't get him. Today we decided to try out a local indoor play area at a community center. We walk in and there's a bouncy house. Kids are supposed to love bouncy houses, right? Aren't they the ubiquitous fixture at kids birthday parties, isn't that how people lure you to picnics and other activities?

Two Georgia Mommies: LAMBIE
http://twogeorgiamommies.blogspot.com/2007/12/lambie.html
The incredibly true adventures of two mommies in Georgia who are trying to add more kids to the mix. Wednesday, December 12, 2007. R's mom recently bought two really cool stuffed animals for Button - one's a horse, who we named "Franklin" and the other is a lamb, who we call "Lambie" (okay, so we weren't very original with that one). For some reason I can't quite explain, I've had the urge to sleep with Lambie every night. Anyway. I tried to let it go and just go back to sleep, but I couldn't. Let us kno...

The incredibly true adventures of two mommies in Georgia who are trying to add more kids to the mix. Monday, February 26, 2007. In response to R's last post, someone asked if we'd considered switching roles and having. Try To answer that question, yes, it's been discussed, but I have issues all my own and they don't have anything to do with wanting/not wanting to try myself. The fact is, I. The problem is this: I have. Sunday, February 25, 2007. I know I am whining, but seeing as I just do not have the c...
