Ingredients (makes 18 squares):. 1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats. 2 tbsp chia seeds. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped (I used dried blueberries and cherries). 1/2 cup choc chips. 1 banana, mashed. 1 free range egg. 2 tbsp apple juice concentrate (or replace with honey). 50g butter, melted. 5 Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir to combine.
