There are many things I've tried recently and I think you should try them as well. Sunday brunch with friends. Everybody brings something, you get yourself way too full, then go on talking about everything under the sun., until you feel like you can have a third piece of cake. Frozen yogurt. especially Yoli in Berlin. You get to choose as many toppings as they can fit in the cup. And oh how they try to fit as many as possible to please you. Bless them. Alright, maybe we did wake up a bit too late to the whole crab season but seriously, no single crab in entire Berlin? The reason we chose Maspalomas were the criteria we had:. It had to have golf courses. It had to be rather near (Isla couldn't fly long flights). It had to be warm. Luckily enough, during this time of the year the island wasn't so packed with tourists. We basically skipped the christmas altogether and instead of changing any gifts we just enjoyed each others company in sunny Gran Canaria :). Maspalomas is known for its dunes. We had a couple of nice beach days but most of the time it was quite windy!
