記得2012年曾經說過今年一定要好好休息，如今回頭一望便知完全事與願違，感覺好像比往年更忙。或應該說，今年過得非常充實豐實！ 一年，說長不長，說短不短。要記下的也說多不多，說少不少。演出、比賽每年都有，習以為常。在我心中，最有意義莫過於成立歷奇口琴小先鋒每月常規小組練習。這對我們未來發展起著十分重要的一步。 舊生流失、青黃不接，是很多業餘團體常見的問題，歷奇也一樣，苦無解決辦法。但自去年七周年音樂會小先鋒初試啼聲後，我與梁老師認為小鬼隊潛力無限，是故從2013年度起為新力軍各成員能力分配不同崗位及職位，編曲訓練，從淺入深。加上多次大小場地的演出實戰經驗，成績漸見提升。歷奇的前輩們也不敢怠慢，積極的投入幫忙，扶助新血，穩定了琴隊的基礎，令人力資源更充足，產生了意想不到的效果，這是當初沒預計不到的收穫。 所以今年的回憶，都是以小先鋒為主幹，串通了整年的項目。回想時不禁反省到：到底是歷奇給你們的多，還是你們給歷奇的更多？ 大家都估不到的淡定，沒有因錄影而影響演奏的質素呢！叻叻！ 歷奇口琴小先鋒第一次FULL TEAM上陣參與大型公開演出，值得留念！ To Infinity and Beyond！

近來發現所寫的網誌越來越少，不是因為無事可記，而是整天工作後實在身心太累，思想散亂只想休息，什麼都不做。 本來我是想呻下學生為何不練琴，探究學習進度裹足不前的原因。寫到這裡，忽然覺悟了，甚至有點同情他們。成年人體力也根本應付不了的，更何況是小朋友？ 考試、測試、默書就家常便飯，功課已是例行工事，何苦仲要交什麼專題報告？你告訴我數學報告應該點寫？博士論文論證1 1=2嗎？ 學校上學不就夠了嗎？下課幹嗎又要趕上補習班，補習班仲要有大考？考試壓力太輕要加磅嗎？ 說起加磅，何解他們的書包跟廿年前有過之而無不及，是要練體能嗎？嫌運動不夠？再加個學校強迫的田徑加泳隊操練，實在用心良苦哦！小息也不要休息，加入合唱團吧！ 所以在這樣的環境，他們絕對比大人更是辛苦吃力。定時練習實在是近乎妄想的奢侈要求，能堅持每週準時上課已是十分了不起。 在此，我終於有點釋懷，或許不是因為我教學不夠盡力，或許不是因為我有所要求. 不經不覺當年組織的培英口琴班和口琴隊已經經過八年多的時間。從零，到學界和校際比賽拿過十多次冠軍，數十個獎項，學界大合奏冠軍 ，甚至帶隊參加亞太口琴節，隊友從心喜愛音樂，一班好友，這一點一滴的經歷一直推動著我。 回想起中二那年，英文老師知道我學吹口琴，說獨樂不如眾樂，並邀請我在課堂上吹一曲給同學們欣賞，其後，她更問班上的同學誰有興趣學習口琴，竟有十六個同學舉手表示有興趣(那是超過半班的人數！)！口琴班就是這樣開始， 記得那時我們小息吹，午飯後吹，放學吹，晚上吹，有時練到十點，離開時伸手不見五指也試過，教琴，編曲，指揮也是我們一手包辦，為的不是什麼，是因為我們也很愛吹口琴！ 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 正所謂舊既唔去，新既唔來。送舊迎新，實是千古不變的定律。剛才至為寫了七年多的yahoo blog結頁而難過，如今卻因google blogger新店開將而興奮。你說人是多麼的善忘，多麼的貪新忘舊？ 搞搞新意思向是歷奇的宗旨。既已來到新天新地，思維也要翻一翻。感謝面書一位新網友留言告知google blogger是可以邀請朋友一起寫作，這點子實在是好到不行！忽然靈機一觸，連動了我之前想過的許多計劃。或許是時候逐步實現。 上圖為去月學界口琴比賽後的慶功宴留影，那天我實是非常高興。高興的不是因為得獎，而是歷奇隊員終於真真正正成為了一家人，不獨是學生，更是家長及新舊隊員的融洽。這是我自2005年創立琴隊一直祈求見到的場面。人數雖然不是很多，但彼此有講有笑，交談暢聚，這是作為主席的福氣，多謝各位！ Google blogger的朋友，如果有興趣認識我們歷奇口琴隊，可加入：.
