Everyday life in a small town. Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Cousins to the rescue. Two new happening here this week. First snow fall of the year. Not too much and gone by lunch, but enough for Jman to dig out his snow pants for school. And mom discovered he no longer fits his boots, rain or winter. Thankfully he has a bigger cousin nearby who had a smaller pair in storage. Thanks T! Guess we're shopping for new boots this weekend. And this guy tried out the Jumperoo. Loved it! Everyday life in a small town. Friday, July 27, 2012. Jman and I heard about this crazy experiment at the library reading club a couple of weeks ago. It sounds so cool and unusual that we just had to try it. Place one Ivory soap bar in the microwave, set timer to 3 minutes and watch the spectacular show! Big pillow clouds that grew and grew. Jackson says it's pretty cool. We then took the sudsy cloud and smooshed it all up into powdery flakes. Never too young to learn to wash your clothes! The 4 of Us.

Anyhow, getting back to the topic on hand, the game happened to be just 3 days after Valentines, perfect timing. Last night we donned all the Canucks wear that we own (me in 'Nucks shirt, hoodie, socks and hat! And off to the game we went. We didn't have great seats but for both of us it was our very first NHL game so we were excited to just be there. And what an exciting game it was! Getting ready to leave.
