Friday, August 13, 2010. Do not be one of these tourists! Adj): a tourist who goes on vacation and leaves their common sense at home. Anyway, I did get some nice photos of the park, and the bears and wolves I saw. And I quietly took photos of them (see yesterday's post). August 15, 2010 at 8:40 AM. Adventures in Alaska: Sea Life Center
http://mollysadventuresinalaska.blogspot.com/2010/08/sea-life-center.html
Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Today Sarah and I went to the Alaska Sea Life Center. Here in Seward. They had tons of great exhibits and amazing animals, but by far my favorite was the Stellar sea lion. He swam around the tank gracefully, and at one point he even jumped out of the water and then dived back in. I don't have much time, so here are some photos of some of the things I saw:. Birds trying to keep warm. More fish and an anemone. Harbor seal being fed. Jumping up on land. Anemone in the touch tank.

Yellowstone Heritage and Research Center Internship. Blogging my museum internship with the National Park Service at the Yellowstone HRC in Gardiner, Montana. Yellowstone Heritage and Research Center, Photo: Colleen Curry. Thursday, July 30, 2009. I spent most of today constructing a mannequin for the early ranger uniform that I will be using in the "Creation of the National Park Service" case.
