Adventures in Yellowstone: May 2009

http://adventuresinyellowstone.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html

Sharing my hiking and travel experiences in Yellowstone National Park during the summer of 2009. Sunday, May 31, 2009. After we got into the woods, it started raining and hailing on us very suddenly. Luckily, the storm passed in about 10 minutes. By the time we reached Cache Lake, the sun was back out and it was beautiful again! The lake was absolutely beautiful, with an awesome view of Electric Peak behind it. . Electric Peak from Cache Lake. Laura, Chris, Erica, and me at Cache Lake. In a larger map.

Sharing my hiking and travel experiences in Yellowstone National Park during the summer of 2009. Friday, July 31, 2009. Grizzly Lake and Upper Terraces. Today I hiked for the first time in almost two weeks. My knee had been bothering me, so I rested it last weekend. Today I solo hiked to Grizzly Lake, a 3.6 mile out and back to a peaceful mountain lake. At the beginning of the hike, it was raining lightly, but I decided to try the hike anyways with the hope that the weather would clear. On the way home, ...

Friday, August 13, 2010. Goodbye for Now, Alaska! Right now, I am sitting at the Anchorage airport waiting on my 1 AM flight that will bring me back to Bozeman, MT. Adventures in Alaska: Sea Life Center

http://mollysadventuresinalaska.blogspot.com/2010/08/sea-life-center.html

Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Today Sarah and I went to the Alaska Sea Life Center. Here in Seward. They had tons of great exhibits and amazing animals, but by far my favorite was the Stellar sea lion. He swam around the tank gracefully, and at one point he even jumped out of the water and then dived back in. I don't have much time, so here are some photos of some of the things I saw:. Birds trying to keep warm. More fish and an anemone. Harbor seal being fed. Jumping up on land. Anemone in the touch tank.

Adventures in Yogaland

Yoga, Volunteer, Land Yoga, Harlem, Ashtanga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Harlem, Ashtanga Yoga Harlem, New York Yoga. Wednesday, April 1, 2015. Surrender to the Lord. Surrender to The Power that's greater. Surrender and release. Let go and believe. The thing about surrender. You think you're doing it. You ARE doing it and yet you are not. There is another layer and another layer and deeper and deeper you drop. Surrender isn't once and it isn't always clear. How much must we surrender? We must be taught how to go.
