Monday, June 21, 2010. Dinner was amazing tonight. I had a Greek salad - you'd think I would be sick of them by now wouldn't you? Not even a little! After eating from street vendors, I was excited for some fresh veggies. I am not a big fan of feta cheese but I decided to give it a whirl anyway and much to my surprise, I loved it. Well, it wasn't traditional feta. They put local Naxos cheese on their Greek salads. It looks like feta but is more creamy and less crumbly. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Volleyball is over for me and I can finally start to relax and work normal hours. No more 6 am -8 pm and dinner at 8:30 pm schedule. I'd like to start by saying that I do not intentionally only post when we go on trips, but I usually figure that no one cares about the mundane things we do. HOWEVER, I keep noticing that my friends post about everything! And I enjoy it! Therefore, I will make an effort to post more often so people do not think we just go on trips (although I love that anyone would think my life is so charmed). :). With that said, we went to Austin this past weekend!

He is so easy to host because he always wants to do what we normally do, with a few extra dinners or lunches out. We took him to Haak Vineyard in Santa Fe (about 15 minutes south) and it was sweltering that afternoon, but he didn't seem to mind. Our Lifegroup had given us a housewarming gift card back in February.
