Sunday, January 25, 2015. This weekend we took the boys to the Carolinas Aviation Museum in Charlotte. They have about 20 or so different planes and several military planes. They. Got to sit in cockpits of a passenger jet, a fighter jet, and a cessna. They loved seeing the "Miracle on the Hudson" plane, that landed on the water in New York. Thursday, February 26, 2015. What a fun and busy month this has been! Here is a little bit of what we have been up to. Sweet school friends at a birthday party. Cooper loves playdates with his bestie Hadley! A visit to the fire station is always a hit. Playing a little flag football. Carter lost tooth #2! The boys built a race car at Lowes Build and Grow one Saturday morning. It is always fun to see the Jimmy's race car at Lowes too! We got more snow! This time all snow and no ice! So we made a snowman!

I served the vegetables over the couscous and garnished it with some fresh parsley and shredded parmesan cheese. I think some goat cheese would also work well with this.
