Walk the City for Unpaid Carers. Four members of AfFC staff are completing a 10 Mile circular walk in Central London to raise funds for unpaid carers. Carers are hidden heroes who without payment provide care to their loved ones, in many cases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Care provided by family members and friends is now worth over 119 billion every year. To raise the profile and celebrate the work of Carers in the UK. Event date: 30th May 2015. The Unwanted Guest … (ROB). I’m sure many of you had unwanted guests at Christmas, some of which you are able to turn away, some that you can’t and you just wish they would go away. Any of you that read my blog on a regular basis will know who ROB is. For those of you that are new to my blog, may I suggest that you read the 3 people I live with. Before reading any more of this blog entry. I know I shouldn’t have done this, but I was so frustrated that Rob decided to come round for a Christmas fight.
