This is a great place to archive information. Kiptyn is six weeks old today, which means my maternity leave is half over already. He is awake for longer periods of time and he will smile at me when I talk to him sometimes. His smile is so sweet! He loves to just look at me! He loves to snuggle, which is ok with me!

Sunday, December 29, 2013. I have to say that I feel like Christmas wasn't even here this year. It came and went so quickly. Although we didn't get to all our holiday traditions, we did get to do a few things. He showed up while we were at Disneyland! The kids were so excited to see him when we got home! Here is a picture of him Christmas Eve! We had some great friends over and made gingerbread houses (with graham crackers)! This was our second year and it was so much fun! Thursday, September 26, 2013. Kaydin has a love for Legos! He is collecting the Lego City series. There are two problems though.Legos are expensive and they can be somewhat addicting! The addiction causes us a few challenges, one is that we want all of the sets in the series and the other is when Kaydin gets a new set he has a strong drive to complete it immediately (therefore not much drawn out entertainment value)! Saturday, April 5, 2014. It's already a week after spring break and I'm just now getting to recap all the fun things the boys did! They spent the whole week with Shannon and had some great times together! Early in the week the had a slumber party together in the living room! The fishing trip resulted in a fishing hook getting stuck in Kaydin's finger (not sure how that happened).so a trip to Urgent Care was added onto the adventures for that particular day! Monday, May 27, 2013. We took a trip up to OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) to have a fun family day together! We ended up getting a membership, so now we can go back whenever we want!
