Our Work - Water. Pumping underground water for household use. To address water challenges in this region, we are drilling wells and placing hand pumps on the wells (some hand pumps were donated by UNICEF). These are being placed in more remote areas that are distant from rivers and unlikely to benefit from any projects planned by the Government of Swaziland.

Our Work - Micro-enterprise. Microcredit, championed by Muhammad Yunus and the Grameen Bank, has the capacity to help raise families from poverty. Small loans allow individuals (usually women) to expand microenterprises and increase income.

How you can help make a community better is by helping a child attend school, a mother provide for her family, a community to have safe water, or a sick patient receive support and care. Make a donation to the AFRICAN EDUCATION FUND. Sponsor a primary school student (school fees and uniform for 1 year: $125). Assist micro-enterprises (loans range from $50-$250).
