After a year and a half. A rather belated travel blog. The torch has been travelling, the bells have been rung. In my case via iPhone app), there are official 2012 suppliers at the station handing out free cereal bar samples and tonight the London Olympic Games begin. Tomorrow we get the keys to our new house. While I wouldn’t say no to a writer’s garret in a castle or a villa in the South of France, I always maintained that all I really need to get my writing done is a laptop and a deadline.
