Reflecting on moments in our family's life. Monday, September 7, 2009. August proved to be an extremely busy time for our family. It was filled with fun, beginning with a trip to Gruene. From there we spent time at Schlitterbahn and Sea World. We enjoyed hanging out with Mimi and Poppie, our little niece, Rylie and Allie and Jim. I wrapped up a great summer Bible Study ( Experiencing God. With sweet old friends and new friends from Prayer Coffee at J&R gymnastics. We became owners of a Pop-up camper!

Reflecting on moments in our family's life. Friday, June 26, 2009. Nathan figured out how to ride his bike this week! Here is a quick video of the second day of riding it! It is his favorite thing to do outside now! There is also a little bit of Kate in it, too. I was hoping that she would talk to the camera, but no such luck! Links to this post. We had the joy of spending time at Mimi and Poppy's house this past weekend. I wish that my camera had not run out of batteries! NEVER a dull moment there!

I can’t believe I was off school 2 days this week due to ice and today I’m outside in flip flops and a tank top in my hammock! Today is a taste of what’s to come this summer…I can’t wait! I’ve loved swimming, time with friends, parties at our house, crafts, organizing stuff and quality time with my husband! I guess if everyday was a summer day then I would lose appreciation for them!
