A Green Perspective on a Navy Life

Monday, April 13, 2015. So today has been five weeks since I dropped James off at the pier and five weeks is the longest that we've been separated since little Mason came along. Proud of you Mom, this picture was too good not to share :). You take a guess. While I wish James were here, I am so thankful for all the support I've gotten from all of ...

http://agreenperspectiveonanavylife.blogspot.com/2013/11/my-favorite-couple-and-national.html

Monday, November 18, 2013. My Favorite Couple and National Adoption Awareness Month. If you know me personally, you know my sister and I are very close. Not in the "Oh we're sisters, of course we're close" kind of way, but the text at least once a day, catch up once (or three) times a. One year ago they entered the open adoption process. Our family couldn't have been more excited and we rallied around Annie and Will. I thought so too. So check out Annie and Will's Facebook page. Posted by Julie Green.

A Green Perspective on a Navy Life: On the Eve of Change...and Getting Old.

http://agreenperspectiveonanavylife.blogspot.com/2015/03/on-eve-of-changeand-getting-old.html

Thursday, March 5, 2015. On the Eve of Change.and Getting Old. Their perfect isn't your perfect. Just because something else makes someone happy doesn't mean it has to look like that for you. And by the way, perfect is a dangerous word. Marriage is hard, and so much better than I ever thought it would be. But really, its hard. Annie was amazing all through labor and delivery, Will was, of course, by her side and sending the greatest text updates as Sophie was delivered via C-Section. "She's here! Then the first picture of her that melted my heart. (I still haven't deleted the group text between the family, it. Family selfie from the waiting room!

A Green Perspective on a Navy Life: August 2014

http://agreenperspectiveonanavylife.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html

Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Mason Eldridge is TWO! If you were wondering how busy Mason keeps me, his birthday blog post being two weeks late is an indicator of everyday life! It wasn't hard to figure out what to do for Mason's birthday. He loves animals (and tractors) so we celebrated with a day on the farm! There's a petting farm here in Virginia Beach that he lights up whenever he knows we're going, so that's was the perfect way to celebrate two years of Mason Eldridge! There is no shortage of personali...

Tuesday, June 17, 2008. Monday, May 12, 2008. Sad that his heart. Friday, February 8, 2008. Live under my skin. Send fingers hands and arms. The spin into the air. Wednesday, January 23, 2008. I wish i could eat wait. My cells are at war. My bed has no floor. Between hearing and seeing noiseless screaming. And i run on the ceiling. Friday, January 11, 2008. I have not written. And the tomorrows wouldn't come. And the roads journeyed backwards. And the dreams silenced themselves. And the leaves froze.

Monday, December 19, 2011. Ben's Family Shoot - Dec11. This time last year I did a family shoot for Ben's family (Ben. Michelle, Jet and Jax). I was pleased when Ben asked me back to reshoot his family as part of their Xmas shoot. We had a great time and did shots at their place and then went down to the Spit Bridge area for some beach shots. The boys were full of energy - presumably because Santa is not far off from making an appearance! Merry Xmas all and enjoy the shots! Sunday, November 13, 2011.
